• Nature of Service: Reportly provides data visualisations and analytics based on public records from Companies House. We are a private company and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or part of Companies House or the UK Government.

• Data Source & Accuracy: All data is fetched via the Companies House API under the Open Government Licence v3.0. While we strive for technical accuracy, we do not guarantee that the third-party data provided is accurate, complete, or up-to-date. The reports provided are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, or professional advice.

• Credits & Subscriptions: We offer a free trial (one company report) to allow you to evaluate the service. Further access requires the purchase of credits or a monthly subscription.

• Digital Content Waiver: By purchasing credits or a subscription, you expressly request immediate access to digital content. You acknowledge that once a report is generated or credits are used, you waive your statutory 14-day right to cancel or receive a refund.

• Refund Policy: All sales are final. If a technical error occurs that prevents a report from being generated, we will refund the credits used for that specific report to your account. We do not offer cash refunds.

• Limitation of Liability: Day Two VFX Ltd shall not be liable for any business decisions, financial losses, or damages resulting from the use of our service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

 

3. Privacy Policy
